Trails

There are hundreds of trails on the southern portion of Vancouver Island.

Cougar's Crag is located in the District of Metchosin. Working our way outward from the district, here are some of the nearby trails and parks available for your exploration:

*Directly adjacent to Cougar's Crag acreage are Wayne's Rock Trail and Matheson Lake Regional Park; within walking distance are Bob Mountain Trail, Buckbrush Swamp Park, Metchosin Park, and La Bonne Trail.

Tours

Adrenaline Zipline
Adrena Line is Vancouver Island’s first zipline course. Consisting of 8 ziplines, 2 suspension bridges, and an ATV shuttle ride to the top of the course. Each tour is accompanied by 2 guides, and guests enjoy scenic views of a temperate forest while they zip through 60 acres of land in Sooke. Located about 40 minutes from downtown Victoria, Adrena Line tours are about 2 hours in duration and start and finish next to the historic 17 Mile House Pub. With ziplines ranging in length from 130 feet to 1000 feet long, and up to 150 feet off the ground, this is sure to be an unforgettably exhilarating experience!
